Learning Task 5: Blog Post

This task will be completed individually. You will make a blog post on the class blog to demonstrate your new note-taking and summarizing skills!

Instructions:

1. Find a video. You can use a TED Talk or a YouTube video lecture about something that you are interested in. If you are unsure about your video, email the teacher to ask if it is a good source.

2. Watch the video. Take notes while you are watching the video. You can use the outline that you created in Learning Task 2 or a new original outline if you would like.

3. Use your notes to write a summary of the lecture.

4. Write your post on the class blog. In your post, make sure to include the video, a copy of your notes, and your summary of the lecture.

5. Comment on at least one classmate's blog post. You can ask them questions about the lecture or its material if you wish.

Criteria:

- The video must be a lecture, make an argument, or teach the viewer about something.

- You can use any style of notes that you wish. Make sure to include a link to your outline and your notes in your post.
